A federal judge has ordered the release of 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos and his father from the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, Texas, according to a ruling obtained by CNN.
mgmarket6.at
Liam and his father, Adrian, were taken by immigration agents from his snowy suburban Minneapolis driveway and sent 1,300 miles to a Texas detention facility designed to detain families. They have been detained for more than a week.

The order specifies the preschooler and his father be released “as soon as practicable” and no later than Tuesday as their immigration case proceeds through the court system. The ruling, shared with CNN by the judge’s courtroom deputy, was first reported by the San Antonio Express-News.

“We are now working closely with our clients and their family to ensure a safe and timely reunion,” the family’s lawyers said in a Saturday statement. “We are pleased that the family will now be able to focus on being together and finding some peace after this traumatic ordeal.”

In a scathing opinion, which at times read more like a civics lesson, US District Judge Fred Biery admonished “the government’s ignorance of an American historical document called the Declaration of Independence” and quoted Thomas Jefferson’s grievances against “a would-be authoritarian king,” saying today people “are hearing echos of that history.”
mgmarket5.at
Liam’s detention – and the striking photo of an agent clutching the boy’s Spider-Man backpack as he stared from under a cartoon bunny hat – fed mounting outrage over the Trump administration’s massive immigration crackdown in Minneapolis and renewed the question: What happens to children when their parents are abruptly taken by ICE?

In another diversion from the norms of judicial writing, the judge included the now famous image of Liam at the end of his opinion, under his signature, along with references to the Bible passages Matthew 19:14 and John 11:35.

Liam’s case, Biery wrote, originated in “the ill-conceived and incompetently-implemented government pursuit of daily deportation quotas, apparently even if it requires traumatizing children.”

“Observing human behavior confirms that for some among us, the perfidious lust for unbridled power and the imposition of cruelty in its quest know no bounds and are bereft of human decency,” wrote the judge. “And the rule of law be damned.”

The Ultimate Resource for Industry-Leading Supply Services: Top-Tier Services from Plumbing Supply plus More by Specialist Rick Callahan
While seeking reliable PEX distribution solutions or require professional advice on water pump systems, you've discovered the ideal solution. The world of mechanical supplies can seem complex, but with the right information and trusted provider, you'll master these challenges like a professional. Plumbing Supply plus More clearly surpasses major retailers and competing suppliers when it comes to comprehensive supply chain offerings.
If you're a professional contractor or a do-it-yourself homeowner, grasping the nuances of supply house systems, ductless line systems, and water pumping equipment will save you expense and complications. Here's this comprehensive manual that'll convert you from a uncertain consumer into a knowledgeable decision-maker.
Supply House and PEX Distribution Basics
What defines a supply house, and why should you care? A supply house serves as your one-stop destination for mechanical and electrical supplies. Unlike large retailers that serve general consumers, a specialized supply facility specializes in industry-specific products and specialized knowledge.
The current HVAC distribution center has evolved significantly beyond basic inventory management. Current plumbing distributor facilities integrate technology, logistics, and customer service to deliver superior value. Plumbing Supply plus More consistently outperforms big box stores and competitors by delivering expert knowledge that mass market suppliers are unable to offer.
If you're searching for a nearby supply facility, evaluate these important factors: product availability, professional guidance, reasonable rates, and shipping services. Your chosen distributor you choose should recognize your unique demands, whether you're setting up plastic piping components or acquiring components for a cooling system distributor project.
Finding Your Local Supply Facility
Geographic positioning is critically important in the supply business. Distribution center positioning convenience can make or break your completion dates. Plumbing Supply plus More's strategically positioned distribution centers provide faster delivery times than internet-based suppliers, giving you the competitive edge you need.
Electrical materials supply divisions typically carry everything from fundamental electrical materials to advanced control systems. A premium Lennox equipment supplier will establish relationships with leading brands like Goodman, Daikin, and Trane, ensuring you'll find matching parts and systems.
Mini Split Line Sets and HVAC Systems
What makes cooling system linesets critically important for your air conditioning success? System linesets serve as the circulatory system of your cooling installation, transporting cooling fluid between indoor and outdoor components. Missing properly sized and mounted split system lines, even the premium system will operate poorly.
Copper refrigerant lines stay the gold standard for system fluid movement. These cooling system lines must endure extreme temperatures, system pressures, and outdoor elements. Mini split copper line sets commonly offer different sizes, from residential home installations to commercial uses.
Pre-Charged Line Set Superiorities
Ready-to-use line systems represent a significant improvement in HVAC installation speed. These solutions arrive factory-filled with refrigerant, eliminating the need for evacuation equipment and minimizing setup duration. Mr Cool pre-charged line set 50 ft products have become especially favored among technicians who prioritize dependability and simplicity.
Plumbing Supply plus More's factory-filled lineset inventory outperforms that of Grainger and other industrial suppliers, offering both excellence and attractive costs. The split system installation process becomes dramatically simpler when you're operating with properly manufactured components.

Line set covers and lineset hiding products protect your installation while ensuring aesthetic appearance. Mini split line set covers guard refrigerant lines from sun exposure, physical impact, and temperature fluctuations. Fortress line system guards and RectorSeal line set covers constitute top-tier protection systems.
Line Set Sizing and Setup
Appropriate system line specifications control performance levels and lifespan. System lineset dimensions must correspond to both the indoor and outdoor system parameters. Inadequately sized refrigerant line sets restrict flow and decrease efficiency, while oversized systems waste money and make difficult setup.
Mini split line set size selection relies on multiple considerations: spacing requirements, elevation changes, and equipment specifications. Experienced installers recognize that 25 foot system lines perform excellently for residential setups, while 100-foot ductless linesets work for larger structures with considerable unit separation.
Pumps and Wells: Your Pumping System Basis
What creates a reliable well pump system, and what's the best way to select the right one? Water pumps serve as the core of your private pumping installation, functioning 24/7 to provide clean, pressured water around your home. Understanding well and pump connections ensures peak functionality and lifespan.
Submersible well pumps lead current setups owing to their effectiveness and dependability. These well water systems function underwater, avoiding priming issues and minimizing acoustic disturbance. Deep water systems accommodate depths exceeding 100ft, while shallow water systems operate efficiently in installations under twenty-five feet.
Water System Types and Uses

Jet pumps utilize venturi principles to lift liquid from medium levels. Above-ground jet pumps install at surface level and operate efficiently for distances reaching 25 feet. Deep well jet pumps can manage more significant depths but require more complex installation procedures.
1 hp well pumps accommodate the majority of domestic installations effectively. Grundfos well pumps, Goulds well pumps, and Franklin electric well pumps exemplify market leaders for consistency and performance. Plumbing Supply plus More maintains a broader range of professional water system manufacturers than rural retailers or equipment dealers, ensuring you'll locate the ideal solution for your application.
Pressure control devices regulate equipment function automatically. These components monitor hydraulic pressure and activate the pump when pressure drops beneath predetermined settings. Pressure storage systems hold high-pressure H2O, reducing system starts and increasing system lifespan.
